About Us
Senior judgment, rightsized to your project.
Wyoming Hill Advisors was founded in 2026 to offer something that is hard to find in this field: senior-level strategic advice, delivered personally and scaled to what each client actually needs.
Some projects call for a focused feasibility assessment or a portfolio-wide repositioning strategy. Others need an executive-level partner through years of approvals and negotiation. We meet clients where they are and shape our involvement to fit: no more process than a project needs, and never less expertise than it deserves.

Founder & Principal
Amanda Keefe
Amanda Keefe has spent more than 15 years guiding complex real estate projects from early questions to executable plans. Her work spans portfolio and site strategy, highest-and-best-use and feasibility analysis, concept planning, entitlements and rezoning, stakeholder strategy, and the transaction documents that carry projects to completion.
Most recently, as Vice President of Strategic Advisory & Predevelopment at Redgate, she co-led the firm's Investor Services practice and advised clients ranging from neighborhood health centers to institutional investors and developers across New England and the Mid-Atlantic. Her engagements included life science portfolio repositioning, transit-oriented neighborhoods, and public land dispositions.
Earlier, she led predevelopment at MassDevelopment and, at the City of Somerville, helped advance Assembly Row and Union Square.
Clients value her ability to see the whole picture (market, design, zoning, community, and capital) and turn it into a clear path forward.

How We Deliver
Principal-led, with the depth to deliver.
Every engagement is led personally by our principal. You work directly with the person accountable for the outcome, from the first conversation through final recommendations.
When a project calls for more capacity, we extend the team with trusted local partners, including experienced project managers, analysts, and specialized consultants, so each engagement is staffed to its actual scope.
- One point of accountability. Senior leadership on every engagement.
- Bench strength when you need it. Project management and analyst support, scaled up or down to the appropriate work effort as needed.
- Fractional project management. Embedded support for a major filing or milestone, a defined term, or on call, without overhead or necessitating a full-time hire.
- Rightsized scope. A focused assessment or a multi-year partnership, built around what you need.
